Shipping Policy

At Sleepclean we will make every effort to ship your products within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Our order and handling charge is cost recovery only. Surcharges may apply if you live in an remote areas of Canada or United States- certain northern or remote locations - serviced by an air stage point ( Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories).

Most orders will be shipped via Purolator/UPS ground or Canada Post unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Rates

If you are ordering from outside of Continental North America, you will be contacted by email with your shipping total. You must then accept or decline the charge and we will proceed with the order or cancel it.

We offer standard and express shipping.

  • 3 to 5 business days in Canada (once the order has been processed)
  • 5 to 7 business days to the USA (once the order has been processed)
  • we will contact you if you are outside of Continental North America

Shipping Procedures

In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail within 2 business days. For orders that involve multiple items or from different manufactures, shipping can be delivered at separate times. If for some reason we become out of stock on certain items on your order we will advise you within 2 business days and special order the item for you. Please contact customer service by email or call 1-877-747-5402 for more information.

Please Note

When shipping outside of Canada, delivery service may vary due to uncontrollable circumstances with clearing international parcels though customs. Standard Delivery is 5 to 10 business days depending on the location.

Any state or federal sales taxes payable for imported products are the responsibility of the purchaser. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside of Canada. US customers may be asked to supply FST# or Social Security Numbers as this is required by US Customs. There may be a delay of delivery beyond our control as a result of clearing customs.

Customs Clearance Policy

Please be aware that customers outside of Canada will bear the sole responsibility for any taxes and duties your local customs office may charge if the order is shipped directly from Canada.Mattress bedding is shipped directly from USA warehouse. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If you refuse any shipment from Sleepclean, you are still responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes and customs charges. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for customs actions (damage or duties, fees, etc) upon opening your package, as well as any associated costs of returning the package to Sleepclean.

Duties and Taxes Outside of Canada

Please be aware that in addition to shipping costs that apply to orders over $150, all state taxes and provincial and federal customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
 
Rush Delivery
We can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. Please contact us by email at sales@sleepclean.ca if you would like to use a courier service and the appropriate shipping charges will be added to your total. For items that we have in stock, your rush order should be received within 2-3 business days. There are some exceptions to Rush Delivery, please email customer service for more information. Please be aware that we will always search for the most economical way to ship your package.
 
Delivery Surcharges
If your items have a delivery surcharge; we will contact you by email to notify you of this charge prior to confirming and processing your order.
 
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Items can only be shipped to a P.O. Box within Canada, using the Canada Post Expedited Service. Fed Ex does not offer shipment to P.O. Boxes. Therefore we do not offer this service to anyone outside of Canada, or anyone within Canada who has chosen a method of shipment other than Canada Post. We are also unable to send rush orders and extra large items to a P.O. Box.
 
Tracking Your Package
Once your shipment has been confirmed, a tracking number and the appropriate link will be sent to your email address.
 
Scheduled Deliveries
At Sleepclean we will make every effort to maintain a scheduled arrival time for your package(s), we will contact you by e-mail or by phone should any problems arise with the scheduled shipping time and delivery. If we are not able to fulfill your service selection you will be given the option to cancel your order or accept the new shipping terms.
